As our letterhead indicates, we have recently changed our name and corporate from DC LAW (Partnership) to VB LAW (Limited Liability). This reorganization incorporated the expertise of the entire professional staff of DC LAW in both Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi Offices to expand the service lines for meeting increasing demand of quality advisory services required by local and international clients in Vietnam.
We hereby officially announce that effective from 1 September 2011, the entire activities and communications of DC LAW will be changed as follows:

Transaction name: VB LAW
Abbreviated name: VBL
Except for extension of our email addresses and our website being converted to "[first name].[last name]@vblaw.com.vn" and vblaw.com.vn, respectively, there is no change at all in the management, professional staff, office addresses, phone numbers, and fax numbers. We shall provide the same products and fine services on which we have built our reputation in the profession. You will be served by the same unit and professional staff.
Unless otherwise decided by you, VB LAW will take care of all your pending matters which have been handled by DC LAW. Thank you for being our valued clients and friends.
